So please don't expect to be able to call us at Midnight on a Saturday and have us answer the phone to deal with your questions about how to design your website or build your squeeze pages... because we're probably playing the Wii or watching a movie with the kids.

Family time is very important to us.

But leave us a message and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible. The absolute best way to reach us anytime is to open a support ticket.

Our office hours are roughly:
Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 4:00pm EST

Here is a rough schedule of when we will
most likely NOT be available through 2008:

    February 18th: Presidents Day (observed)

    September 1st: Labor Day

    November 11th: Veterans' Day
    November 27th: Thanksgiving Day
    December 25th: Christmas Day

  2. Our Anniversary and Birthdays. This includes:
    1. March 8th
    2. August 6th
    3. August 29th
    4. September 26th
    5. November 24th

  3. Anytime we are traveling to a seminar or event.
    (check dates here)

  4. The day before and the day after any travel dates noted above.

  5. Whenever we just need a day off...

Here's are some basic expectations
you need to be aware of...

The general rule of thumb if you're a "phone person"

It's very difficult to catch us on the phone, because we're working with our coaching and mentoring clients most days from morning to night. If you catch us between calls, you got very lucky.

But don't be discouraged... just leave a message and we'll get back to you in the order your message was received. Please keep in mind that we get hundreds of phone calls per day, so often it's a day or two after you call. We will always call you back.

And know this... this is very important to you and to us...

We always respond to every support ticket. We always return every phone call. Personally. So it may take a day or so , but we will always get back in touch with you if you reach out to us. Always.

"But it's an EMERGENCY! and I need to speak to you right now!"

Some folks think everything is an emergency. You know those people. Right? We're not saying that's good or bad and we're not judging them for how they choose to live their life... but that perspective doesn't fit into our life or our business model. Honestly, in our opinion... it's hardly ever really an "emergency".

Nobody's life is in danger if you don't get your website online today. Let's try to keep things in perspective here... The fact is, almost everything can wait a day or so for us to get back to you in the order your call was received.
